We have a fully-equipped machine shop on site, allowing us to do anything from a simple valve seat grinding to crankshaft balancing, to completely forming a new part from billet stock on our CNC machine. This allows us to keep a close eye on all aspects of the overhaul process. Tolerances are held to factory NEW limits, and engine assemblies are balanced to levels far superior to factory specs. This translates into a smoother running, longer lasting, and more efficient engine for you, but can also help increase the life span of other components like avionics as
